Wester Seabrook is a 19th century end of terrace cottage, situated right on the shoreline, with superb views across Loch Gairloch to the Torridon Mountains and the Isle of Skye.

The cottage retains much of its original character with wood-lined walls and ceilings and a new kitchen and bathroom has brought the cottage up to todays standards. There is direct access to the shore from the garden and a picnic table right on the edge of the shore to sit and enjoy the fantastic views and enjoy the wildlife. It is located right in the centre of Gairloch, in Strath Square but is on a lower level, so is very private and peaceful.

A fantastic location but enjoying the many local facilities which are within a few minutes walk – a pub, restaurant, shops and cafes. The beach and golf course are only 15 minutes walk away.

Spacious lounge / dining area, comfortably furnished and with wonderful views of the sea and mountains. Equipped with Freeview TV, CD music centre and a selection of games and books. Open fire and electric fire.

Fully equipped newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

Comfortable sun porch/conservatory with panoramic views over the loch to Gairloch village, mountains and coastline.

First Floor

Double bedroom with superb views across the sea.

Twin bedroom with superb views across the sea.

Shower room with wash basin and WC, all newly refurbished.

Heating is by night storage heaters.

There is an enclosed garden to the front of the cottage with private access to the shore where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Picnic table on shoreside. There is also an open drying area and off road parking for 2 cars to the side.

It has been wonderful to return to Wester Seabrook and the stuuningly beautiful North West of Scotland. We do enjoy the immaculate preparation of this cottage and the obvious great care and attention to detail. I just noticed the lovely little jar of flowers and the charming little curtains at the small window in the kitchen over the stairs. Had a brilliant week, had a few days stormy weather but it was lovely and cosy inside with the coal fire. Nice peaceful and lazy days with a few walks and even fishing. Also visited the seal in the bay. Loved the cottage. We’ll be back!
