This first floor apartment provides spacious, comfortable self-catering accommodation for 6 people. It is situated on a traditional working croft in Mellon Udrigle, a scattered crofting community in one of the most beautiful spots on the west coast; remote, yet accessible, offering something for everyone. Mountaineering, climbing, hill-walking, golf, fishing, stalking, water sports, bird-watching and pony- trekking are all activities to be enjoyed locally. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and, because of its elevated position, it offers spectacular views of the sea and mountains. The glorious sandy beach of Mellon Udrigle is only 200 metres away, and can also be seen from the apartment.
The apartment has a spacious lounge and dining area with TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms – a family room with a double bed and a cot and an en-suite shower room; a twin bedded room, and a double bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with overhead electric shower. Guests are welcome to share the owner’s garden, and there is ample parking. Golf clubs and fishing rods are available for guests use.

Directions
From the A9 at Tore roundabout north of Inverness, take the A835 to Braemore Junction, 12 miles south of Ullapool. Turn left onto the A832 signposted Gairloch/ Aultbea/ Dundonnell, and continue until you reach Laide (30 miles). Turn left directly after Laide Post Office and follow the road to Mellon Udrigle (approx 3 miles). Turn left at the post box and Clairoch is the first house on the left.
